Abstract: This paper describes the development of a facility designed and implemented to support collaborative learning and advanced electives in Information Systems. The complete process from the development of a successful grant proposal to the final implementation and operation of the facility is discussed. The paper also describes the logistics of the implementation and lessons learned from this project.
