This paper will report upon the experiences and reflections of undergraduate students undertaking industrial experience projects in their IT/IS courses. The students utilized an agile, adaptive development approach, sometimes known as a lightweight methodology, or an evolutionary, incremental approach. This paper discusses the experience of the students, as stated in a substantial feedback questionnaire, and weekly diaries.
