Get Adobe "Acrobat" PDF Reader
The official format of papers in this journal is Adobe Acrobat Portable Document Format (PDF). The Adobe Acrobat reader is available for free download from the Adobe web site.(For those unable to use PDF format, each article is also presented in text format.)
One way to get Adobe Acrobat Reader is to follow the Download link on this page. When you arrive at the Adobe home page, click on an icon labeled "Get Adobe Reader." Follow the instructions to select the best version, download it, and install it on your system.
